When you hire us, you will need to use QuickBooks online version. The desktop version means we would need to come to your local computer, and that is not time effective for your business or ours. We can help you get set up with the online version and you will have complete access from any computer or location.
An accountant is trained in interpreting financial records and the overall financial health of a company. A bookkeeper will classify and record the transactions of a company, such as paid bills, daily sales, or payroll. We provide financials to you monthly which can be given to your accountant, should you decide to hire one.
We use pCloud which guarantees safety to your files through use of TLS/SSL encryption. Files are stored on at least three server locations in highly secure data storage areas.

Each client is billed a flat fee per month depending upon the size, complexity, and volume of your business. Pricing is based on the services you need, your annual revenue, and how many different banking and/or credit cards are used in the business. Why? We’re trying to understand the time required to process and reconcile so that we can give every customer a fair and accurate monthly fee. Each client will have a customized fee-schedule after we have our first initial consultation.
You will have an assigned bookkeeper dedicated to your account. They will learn the details about your business. You will have direct access to your bookkeeper by phone and by email.
